Terms & Conditions:

1. Offer is valid for booking of self-drive rentals on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) at participating locations from now to 31 March 2026 and for vehicle pickup by 30 April 2026.
2. Offer is valid for rentals with the applicable CDP number, Promotion Code (PC) number and valid Cathay membership number of the renter.
3. For 1,000 miles + 10% discounts: Offer is subject to a minimum of 3 days rental. Valid on all car groups for rentals in USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; Compact and above car groups for rentals in Europe. Miles stated is the total miles earned, inclusive of 500 base miles.
4. For 1,500 miles + 10% discounts: Offer is subject to a minimum of 5 days rental. Valid on all car groups for rentals in USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; Compact and above car groups for rentals in Europe. Miles stated is the total miles earned, inclusive of 500 base miles.
5. For 500 miles + 10% discounts: Offer is subject to a minimum of 3 days rental. Valid on all car groups for rentals in Asia. Miles stated is the total miles earned, inclusive of 250 base miles.
6. Offer excludes HERTZ Collections.
7. All vehicles are subject to availability at time of booking.
8. Discount applies to time and mileage charges only and excludes taxes, fees, surcharges, one way drop off fees and optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers and fuel which are charged at normal rates.
9. Only one offer can be used for each rental.
10. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for rentals in Asia).
11. Present your Cathay membership card at the rental counter.
12. The name of the main driver on the rental must match the name on the membership to earn miles.
13. Minimum rental age applies, and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
14. Offers are not valid on tour/pre-paid, travel industry or any other special rates.
15. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
16. Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
17. Standard blackout dates apply.
18. Asia Miles will be automatically credited to the member's account 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of each rental.
19. Hertz reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.
